We’ll talk through your goals, review your inspiration, and be clear about your business before work starts on your website design.
With the help of a comprehensive content planning guide, you will submit your copy (website text) and any assets (for example, photos) before the start of the project, so that I can hit the ground running.
I’ll start with the homepage design to ensure that we are both on the same page. Once you are happy with this, I’ll build the rest of your custom website.
You will get a few days of unlimited revision requests during which you can request any amendments to the website. I’ll make these updates as they come in, so that your site feels just right.
I’ll test the website, make fixes, and get it ready for the big launch!
After launch, I’ll hand over full ownership of your website to you. You’ll get a recorded training session so you know exactly how to update your new site with confidence, and a week of email support for any additional questions you may have.

Hi, I’m Katie and I help counsellors starting or growing their private practice create websites that feel authentic, professional, and true to who they are.

After years working in tech and mental health, I wanted to bring together my love of creativity, design, and supporting people who make a difference. That’s how Lancha began - to make the website side of private practice feel calm, clear, and stress-free.

When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me in the garden, at Pilates, or trying to crack a cryptic crossword (still a work in progress!). I live just outside London with my two teenage children.
